Analyse
The project starts with a request for supporting data based on the selected modules (e.g. stakeholder CVs, pipeline details, collateral, sales process, web stats, pitch materials, comp plan examples, org chart).
A Diagnostic kick off meeting with the client management team will create a specific agenda and timeline for the deliverables which all stakeholders are then bought into.
Build
At the end of the analysis phase the findings and recommendations will be delivered in document format and reviewed in a workshop to explore context, impact, implementation and next steps.
Install
The end result will typically be a series of recommendations and a short term action plan to improve performance in key areas of the business that affect sales performance.
