Scope

The growth phase begins once core processes are in place and with the team agreeing on timescales, people and module content.

Modules are chosen to deliver the biggest impact on sales.

Build

The project will build on the reset phase and focus on the execution of growth strategies. Interim resource is the most common delivery method and will typically install:

  1. Interim sales management
  2. Interim sales heads
  3. Non exec Director roles

Install

The project team will be directed by a Trinamo Practice Manager and include key client staff and associates as appropriate to add relevant supplementary skills and meet the desired timeline and deliverables.
