Scope

The reset phase begins with the team agreeing on timescales, people and module content.

Modules are chosen to deliver the biggest impact on sales.

The project will address areas specific to increasing sales. For example:

  1. Compensation Plans redesigned
  2. Sales training programme installed
  3. Online sales tools optimised

Install

The project team will be directed by a Trinamo Practice Manager and include key client staff and associates as appropriate to add relevant supplementary skills and meet the desired timeline and deliverables.

The Trinamo team will split the project time between the client office, Trinamo offices and in the field with the client team, as required.
