A dynamic leader with a proven track record of consistent high growth from direct sales, strategic alliance partnerships and leading corporate development initiatives, from idea sign off to new revenue generation, including new product development and company acquisitions. Combines a thorough understanding of industry best practices with charismatic leadership, resulting in significant revenue and EBIT growth. Hires, develops and coaches first class management , BDG and sales teams with experience across various business functions and geographical regions.
DAVID HARRISON
An intelligent seasoned sales leader with a great understanding of the full sales process and making new business sales happen gained over 25 years in the hardware, software and online markets. Has held sales management positions with hands on experience of hiring and motivating sales teams to make them more productive in different environments. As MD of one company was responsible for growth from 10 to 300 people, with a higher multiple revenue acceleration, and so has successfully navigated the obstacles and achieved sustained growth through to market leadership. The last 3 years has been devoted to working with early stage high tech businesses helping them achieve their maximum potential.
DAVID HOGGARD

With a 30 year career and a more than 20 year consistent over-goal sales record, combines a pragmatic approach with great commitment. David also has a wide range of vertical, geographic and technology-level experience in both Partner and Direct sales models. He is a good communicator and people person, coach and mentor.
JOHN KAVANAGH
A successful sales leader with board experience and strong skills in consulting, coaching, team building and P&L management. Able to build and articulate compelling propositions, negotiate and close. Public speaker, influencer and networker at senior level with a broad understanding of sales, marketing and management in high technology businesses. A creative thinker and team player who operates with integrity, intellect and hard work.
STEVE MURPHY
A versatile sales professional who has worked for the last 10 years in early stage technology sales in the UK, USA, India and Australia. He has specialist skills in sales development for early stage businesses and has been involved with start-ups in virtualisation, IT security, network management, network security, telecoms and SAAS (software as a service). Steve also has a strong environmental consulting background having worked for the Sydney 2000 Olympic Bid, NSW EPA, London Remade, Cleanaway and Greenpeace Australia.
IAN PHILLPOT
A highly motivated, confident professional with 17 years experience in direct sales, commercial management and engineering. Strong interpersonal, analytical and leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth. Led multinational teams in progressively responsible positions. Completed Cranfield MBA in September 08 in top 5% of year.
ERIK STRICKER
A dynamic management executive with an impressive track record driving high-impact change and effective marketing/sales execution. Erik combines excellent people management skills with a robust analytical approach to best practice implementation. This ranges from optimisation of large scale telesales and field sales operations, successful handling of key accounts, building up effective partner sales networks and maximising online/mobile sales channels, to the development of impactful international partnerships. Erik has over 15 years of leadership experience from challenging roles in various industries and geographies. He has a demonstrated ability to install sales management rigor, build achiever culture, and to develop and drive structured improvement programs, achieving unprecedented results in challenging competitive environments. His breadth of experience and capabilities allows him to remain focused on maintaining and executing an overall strategy while adopting a very hands-on approach to operational management and problem solving.
JIM SYKES
An experienced senior sales leader who brings sales discipline to all engagements. An enthusiastic and energetic sales professional, specialising in building direct sales and channels from scratch. Over 25 years experience gained from selling complex solutions to blue-chip clients in the IT and mobile industries, working for dominant and niche suppliers. His leadership skills have been proven by his ability to motivate and develop teams to over achieve. He is a devoted family man, coaching his son’s football team in his spare time enabling to combine his love of sport and fitness whilst giving something back to the community.
