David Cummings

David spent 16 years working at Lazard, the leading independent investment bank, where he was a Partner and a Managing Director in the Telecom, Media and Technology group. David’s wealth of expertise in mergers and acquisitions, strategic matters, restructuring and capital structure, capital raising and corporate finance is readily available to Trinamo clients. David is also a graduate of Trinity Hall, Cambridge University and the London Business School. He is an active angel investor in emerging technology companies, a senior director at KPMG Corporate Finance, and sits on the Advisory Board at Amadeus Capital. As a Partner at Trinamo, with strong connections to the finance and venture capital communities, David helps organisations monetise their value and provides access to sources of funding. He also advises our clients on growth and exit strategies.
