A graduate (First Class Honours) of Nottingham Trent University and a qualified accountant, Mark began his career at Siemens within their management training program where he also passed an HND in Business Studies. He moved on to Logica, Midland Montagu and from 1992 to 1998 he sold business applications for Oracle, and managed Telecom solution sales across Europe.
From 1998 to 2001 he was VP EMEA Sales for Micromuse, growing sales from £3m to £40m. He was then SVP for Axiom Systems where he turned a consultancy company into a product company and did the £0m to £6m curve.
More recently as Director of Global Sales and Operations at Sage's Enterprise division he turned revenues around within six months.
