Client situation
The client is a UK based fibre networks company, which has a fibre network throughout the UK. They were looking to expand within the UK through the use of targeted lead generation.
Project goal
Having worked on lead gen projects for 6 months, the client were keen to start a number of new projects with Trinamo but were concerned that the data they were buying in was not of sufficient quality. Trinamo were tasked to do a data validation exercise to ensure that data was correct and that as a result the company could target the most relevant companies.
Project Delivery
The brief was to take approximately 120 records from the total data sample and ensure that key details in terms of phone number, address and key contacts were correct. Where incorrect, new details were to be added. Where no-name policies were in place further research was undertaken to ensure new key contacts could be added, typically CIO, IT Director and Network Director. Over 40 new contacts were added. This was completed inside the 3 days specified and highlighted that the data was of sufficient quality to warrant purchasing a new database from a supplier – which was important as previous data bought in was of poor quality.
