Victoria Starr

Victoria has 21 years experience in the industry working for electronics, software, IT services, sales and consultancy firms. She has worked for a number of notable companies including Thorn EMI Electronics, Thorn Security, Accenture and Micromuse. As well as working with multi-billion pound global businesses, Victoria has extensive first-hand experience of growing US and EMEA business in the £1-450 million range – showing a strong grasp of business development strategy. As a Chartered Engineer, Victoria is a fully-qualified member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (MIET) and has an MBA, where she was the AT Kearney European Prize winner. Early in her career, Victoria developed an aptitude for corporate strategy and process redesign. At Trinamo, she is responsible for our sales software, automating best practice sales processes; leads projects to maximise profits for clients; and has completed due diligence on a number of companies for venture capitalists and investors.
