A versatile COO, MBA and Chartered Engineer, Victoria combines operations, marketing, and sales expertise with a track record for defining and implementing ideas to deliver top line growth whilst minimising costs.
Victoria started her career in 1989 sponsored by Thorn EMI Electronics. After working as a Project Manager, Victoria joined Accenture in 1994 and led a number of Service and Network Management projects. In 1998 she joined Micromuse, becoming VP Technical Services, VP Strategic Business Solutions and specialising in business case creation and high value solution sales.
On completing her MBA in 2006 she worked as an Interim Manager for Caterham Cars before joining Trinamo.
